Our agents are licensed through Real Estate Centre and conduct farm real estate brokerage activity under the trade name Farm Real Estate powered by Real Estate Centre, operating under the regulatory oversight of the Real Estate Council of Alberta. We support two pathways. For investors acquiring farmland on their own balance sheet, we provide end-to-end brokerage, diligence coordination, and closing support. For unique or large-scale properties where pooled capital is appropriate, we work with our legal and accounting partners to organize closely held farmland limited partnerships, each capped at fewer than 40 investors and offered only by private placement to a pre-qualified circle of investors who meet the conditions of the relied-upon exemption. We do not conduct public offerings, and we do not solicit investment from the general public.
